We need to add ecommerce capabilities to our website

The objective of this project is to design, develop and implement ecommerce capabilities on the client's website, so that they can sell their products or services online.

1. Analysis of the client's business requirements and objectives for their online store.
2. Selection and integration of an appropriate ecommerce platform (such as Shopify or Magento) or building a custom solution.
3. Design and development of the online store, including product catalog, shopping cart, checkout, and payment gateway integration.
4. Integration of the online store with the existing website and branding.
5. Testing and quality assurance of the online store.
6. Training on how to manage and update the store.
